How to Redeem DealDigs Cash Back

To redeem you DealDigs cash back, please follow the steps below:

1) Log in to your DealDigs account.

2) Select “My Account” at the very top of the page, right hand side.

3) Select “My Payment Address” from the menu bar directly above the balance summary box.

4) Update your address information. You can choose PayPal or regular check at your choice. No fee deductions whether you choose PayPal or check - we will cover all the cost and you get all your money!

5) Select “Request a payment” from the same menu bar containing “My payment address”.

6) Hit the “Proceed payment” button and you’re done.

Once we receive your request, we will send you the payment within five business days (but usually within 1-2 business day).

Order Confirmation e-mail Is Required for AT&T Order

Starting on  November 9, 2008, you must forward a copy of the order confirmation e-mail  to attcb[at]dealdigs.com to be eligible for cash back on AT&T Wireless orders. You will not be able to see your cash back until we receive the copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

The order confirmation e-mail is the first e-mail you receive from AT&T Wireless after you submit your order. The e-mail includes order number, phone make/model and total purchase price. You can see an example of the e-mail here.

Please DO NOT send any cash back support issues to this e-mail address. Please submit such questions through our online support system at: http://www.dealdigs.com/support.
