2. You can check your ticket status and update it with any new information at any time.
3. All of your support tickets are archived and saved in our systems. You can go back to view any of your previous tickets at your needs.
4. Instantly notification when your support ticket is replied by our support team.

Per our members’ request, we have added a new feature to My Cash Back Account - Click History. This feature  allows you to view your cash back clicks immediately. It is very helpful when you need to check whether you purchase has been tracked by DealDigs.com successfully or not. Please note, every time when you click Click Here to Buy link on hot deal detail page or click the merchant name on Cash Back & Coupons page to go to a merchant’s website, a new record will be inserted into your click history.

To view your Click History, please follow the steps below:

1. Login in your DealDigs account;
2. Click on My Account from the top right menu;
3. On the My Cash Back Account page, click Click History link from the sub menu.

You can view your click history in a monthly basis by choosing different month from the drop down list. When one of your click histories is reported as a transaction, there will be a dollar sign on the most right column on the Click History page.
