Announcing DealDigs Customer Support Ticket System

To better serve our members’ needs, we are pleased to announce that DealDigs.com has implemented a new Customer Support Ticket System. With this new support system, you can contact us in more convenient ways:

  1. You can submit your support ticket online.
  2. You can check your ticket status and update it with any new information at any time.
  3. All of your support tickets are archived and saved in our systems. You can go back to view any of your previous tickets at your needs.
  4. Instantly notification when your support ticket is replied by our support team.

From now on, please submit all of your support requests through this ticket system. Please do NOT send email to support [@]dealdigs.com or send private message at DealDigs.com any more.

For your convenience, below are the top two questions we have received in the last two weeks:

How Soon is Cash Back Credited to My DealDigs Account?

While most merchants provide a report in just a few days, others may take up
to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date. As a result, nothing will show in your account
until we receive the merchant report. Please wait at least 3 weeks after your
ENTIRE order has been shipped to see your money in your Cash Back account. After
3 weeks if you still don’t see anything, please send us the complete order information
on a Support Request.

When Do I Get My DealDigs Cash Back?

Depending on the merchant it may take from 91 to 121 days. Because merchants
typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. During
this time your account will show “Pending”. Some merchants take longer than
others to pay us, and we can’t pay you until they pay us! When the money is
in your account, it will show that you have an “Available Balance” You can then
request payment.
