In our office, we have a Canon MF5770 multifunction printer. Sometimes, we get the following errors when the size of the paper is not set to the correct size.

“Incorrect Paper Size”

or

“Check Paper Size”

I understand there are many people have experienced the same issue. Here’s the easy steps to fix it.

1. Check the paper size in the tray and then press “Menu” button  on the front panel to change the paper size to be the same.
2. Press “Status Monitor” button, and then press the “+” or “-” button on the right until you see “Print Status“.
3. Press “Set” button to find any printing jobs in the queue
4. Press “Set” button again to delete any existing jobs.
5. Then reset the machine by opening the front cover and then closing it.

The machine should be correctly reset if you have followed these steps.

The $25 cash back promotion for Wireless from AT&T GoPhone has ended. Below is the new cash back amount:

1. GoPhone(Prepaid) order: up to $5 per order.  The purchase price of the phone minus the value of the cash back reward must be more than $25. For example, if the purchase price of the wireless phone with prepaid (GoPhone) service is $30, the cash back is $5. Wireless phones with prepaid service with a purchase price of less than $25 will not qualify for any cash back offer.

2. Postpaid (including add a phone plan): $50 cash back per order. iPhone is not qualified for cash back.
