How? Just go to ePassportPhoto.com and follow the instructions there.  From this website, you can create passport or visa photos for more than 60 countries.

Quick How-to:

  1. Follow this instruction to create  a profile picture and upload it ePassportPhoto.com.
  2. Adjust print specs. and crop unnecessary parts.
  3. Print out ready passport photos.

After you create the photo, you can simply upload it to Wal-Mart or Costco to print and pick it up in your local store. I have personally tried this service and it really worked!
