DealDigs usually processes payment requests within 5 business days. That means you can have your cash back in your PayPal account wthin 5 business days if you choose PayPal. But you need to wait for at least 8 to 10 days if you opt to receive payment by check.

3. PayPal is secure

Having sending tens of thouands PayPal payments, we haven’t received any missing payment report from our members.  However, we have received serveral inquires from our members complaing not receiving their check payment in a timely manner.  When you choose to recieve payment by check, our bank will send your check by regular USPS first-class mail in a seald envelope. As everybody knows, USPS mail can be delayed or even lost or stolen.

Please note, per our Term of Use, “DealDigs.com is not responsible for lost mail or any other event beyond the control of DealDigs that would prevent a user from receiving their payments.”

How It Works

1. DealDigs chooses a product or/and a merchant program to participate ICBP from time to time and post it as the first deal on the homepage.
2. The ICBP is valid as specified in deal description section or further notice.
3. For any orders that you place on the choosed product/merchant, DealDigs will update the status of your cash back generated from these orders to be AVAILABLE immediately once DealDigs gets the transaction report from merchants.
4. Once your cash back is set to be AVAILABLE, you can login to your DealDigs account to redeem your cask back immediately by PayPal or regular check at your choice. No fee deductions whether you choose PayPal or check – we will cover all the cost and you get all your money!
5. DealDigs will process your payment request within 3 (three) business day upon receiving your request.
6. That’s all – is there anything better than free money at this time?

 

Some fine print:

1. DealDigs can only update your cash back to be available upon receiving the order transaction report from merchants. If, for any reason, the order transaction report is delayed by merchants, DealDigs will update your cash back to be available in the first time once DealDigs gets the report.
2. The ICBP does not apply to pending cash back generated from previous purchases.
3. The ICBP is subject to DealDigs Term of Use.
4. DealDigs in its sole discretion reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.

How Soon is Cash Back Credited to My DealDigs Account?

While most merchants provide a report in just a few days, others may take up
to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date. As a result, nothing will show in your account
until we receive the merchant report. Please wait at least 3 weeks after your
ENTIRE order has been shipped to see your money in your Cash Back account. After
3 weeks if you still don’t see anything, please send us the complete order information
on a Support Request.

When Do I Get My DealDigs Cash Back?

Depending on the merchant it may take from 91 to 121 days. Because merchants
typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. During
this time your account will show “Pending”. Some merchants take longer than
others to pay us, and we can’t pay you until they pay us! When the money is
in your account, it will show that you have an “Available Balance” You can then
request payment.

To view your Click History, please follow the steps below:

1. Login in your DealDigs account;
2. Click on My Account from the top right menu;
3. On the My Cash Back Account page, click Click History link from the sub menu.

You can view your click history in a monthly basis by choosing different month from the drop down list. When one of your click histories is reported as a transaction, there will be a dollar sign on the most right column on the Click History page.
