You will not be able to see your cash back until we receive the copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

The order confirmation e-mail is the first e-mail you receive from AT&T Wireless after you submit your order. The e-mail includes order number, phone make/model and total purchase price. You can see an example of the e-mail here.
