The tracking of your cash back is dependent on several factors:

• Your shopping actions.
• The configuration of your PC.
• Accurate tracking and reporting by the merchant plus one or more third party agents.

In detail, below are the top 10 reasons why your cash back might not be tracked successfully.

1. You do not have cookies enabled on your computer.

2. You do not log onto DealDigs.com with your user name before you click Shop Now link.

3. You go directly to the participating merchant without first clicking on Shop Now link on deal detail page or visiting our Cash Back and Coupon page.

Starting on  November 9, 2008, you must forward a copy of the order confirmation e-mail  to attcb[at]dealdigs.com to be eligible for cash back on AT&T Wireless orders. You will not be able to see your cash back until we receive the copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

The order confirmation e-mail is the first e-mail you receive from AT&T Wireless after you submit your order. The e-mail includes order number, phone make/model and total purchase price. You can see an example of the e-mail here.
