How is DealDigs different from other hot deals listing websites?
We know there are already many deal listings sites available. But have you ever received even a penny of the commission for all of your contributions and purchases on other websites? Probably not! That's why we created this site. We want to share our commission with you, for every penny we get!

Here's how it works:

How much cash back can I earn for each deal that I have posted at DealDigs.com?
Theoretically there is no limit. But it depends on two factors:
1) The cash back percent that a store pays us: every store has a different cash back percentage. To view the details, you can go to Cash Back & Coupons to view the details.
2) How hot the deal is: If you have posted a very hot deal, there will be many members to click your deal and place an order.

Here's an example:
Let's say you post a deal for Garmin NUVI 650 GPS for $300 from store A and the cash back you receive for the post is 1%. For each sale, the commission you can get is $300 * 1% = $3. So, if there are 100 members make the purchase through the link you posted, the total you can earn is $3 * 100 = $300!

OK, that sounds really great! But do I need to sign up any affiliate program in order to earn the cash back?
No, you don't need to sign up for any account or join any programs in order to earn cash back when you shop online or post deals at DealDigs. We have signed agreement with our merchants to get these commissions for you. All you need to do is to shop through DealDigs or post the best deals you can find.

How do I earn Cash Back when I shop through DealDigs?
Simply make qualifying online purchases from participating stores in the cash back & coupons section of our site. Here's how it works:

1. If the product you want to buy is a hot deal posted by other members:
1) Log onto your DealDigs membership account.
2) Click on the Click here to Buy link on Deal Summary or Deal Detail page, or click Deal Title link on Deal Detail page.
3) Complete your purchase in the open browser window.

2. If the product you want to buy is not a hot deal posted by other members:
1) Log onto your DealDigs membership account.
2) Click on Cash Back & Coupons tab.
3) Select merchant you want to shop.
4) Complete purchase in open browser window.

On cash back & coupons page, you'll also see available coupons from some merchants. If a cash back rate is not listed, the merchant does not participate in the Cash Back program but may still provide special offers.

How do I earn Cash Back when I post a deal at DealDigs?
Posting a deal and earning DealDigs' Cash Back is easy to do.
1) Log onto your DealDigs membership account.
2) Click Submit a new deal tab.
3) Copy and past the original URL of the deal. E.g.: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=204451044
4) In the next page, enter the deal title, merchant name, category, original price, current price and other optional information if applicable.
5) Review and sumit your deal.
If the merchant you have selected particiapates our cash back program, you will automatically earn up to 30% of the total commissions for every purchase that other members make. There is no limit.

Why do I need to sign up?
Being a member of DealDigs has its privileges. For example, we want to share our cash back program with you so we need to know who you are. We only collect the minimum amount of information from you (basically, your e-mail address). See our privacy policy for more information. Cash Back F.A.Q.

I want to submit an image when I submit my deal, how do I find the image URL?
If you have Firefox:
1) Locate the image that you want to submit.
2) Right click on the image.
3) Select Copy Image Location from the drop list. The image URL has been copied to clipboard.
4) Go back DealDigs, paste the URL into Image field.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer:
1) Locate the image that you want to submit.
2) Right click on the image.
3) Select Properties and copy the Address (URL) to clipboard.
4) Go back to DealDigs, paste the URL into Image field.

Although an image is not required when you submit a new deal, it is highly recommended that you submit one. This shows other users what your product looks like without going to the store first. As a result, your deal should get more click ons which means more commissions!

Where can I find my cash back balance?
Log into your account. Select My Account in upper right corner and then My Cash Back Account.

How long will I have to wait for money to show in my Cash Back account?
While most merchants provide a report in just a few days, others may take up to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date. As a result, nothing will show in your account until we receive the merchant report. Please wait at least 3 weeks after your ENTIRE order has been shipped to see your money in your Cash Back account. After 3 weeks if you still don't see anything, please send us the complete order information on a Support Request.

How long will I have to wait for my Cash Back to be available?
Depending on the merchant it may take from 91 to 121 days. Because merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. During this time your account will show "Pending". Some merchants take longer than others to pay us, and we can't pay you until they pay us! When the money is in your account, it will show that you have an "Available Balance" You can then request payment.

How long will it take to pay me once I have requested payment?
Cash Back payments are typically processed weekly.

Does this mean I'll get my payment within a week of requesting it?
Not necessarily. There are variables outside our processing that can cause delays. Depending on when your request is received, it may be a couple weeks for PayPal funds to be released or a check mailed. We do all we can to get your Cash Back to you as soon as possible.

What is the difference between DealDigs Cash Back and a Discount?
Cash Back is a rebate and does not show at checkout. Discounts may also be available by entering a code at checkout. Discounts are savings and show right away. If DealDigs has an additional discount code, we will advise you of that when you connect to the merchant. Otherwise, check out as normal.

Can I visit again later and still get DealDigs Cash Back?
Yes, of course you can. However, please remember the following:
To earn Cash Back, the following events must occur in order:
1. Log in to DealDigs with your username.
2. Click Click here to buy on any hot deal page. Or link to a participating merchant from Cash Back and Coupons page.
4. Add items to your cart.
5. Complete your transaction.

The following will PREVENT Cash Back:
1. Not logging into DealDigs.
2. Going directly to the merchant (including from a comments discussion) rather than linking from our Cash Back and Coupons page or click Click here to buy
3. . Completing multiple transactions without returning to our Stores page. (Completing each transaction ends your "cash back session" with DealDigs and you have to start over to earn cash back on additional items.)
4. Typing in a new address (URL) in the window opened by DealDigs Cash Back and Coupons or Offers page.
5. Clicking on any "special offers" or toolbars from other sites while shopping.
6. Allowing too much time to elapse between link and completed purchase. Merchants are limited in the time they'll remember us, and waiting hours, days or weeks is a bad idea.

NOTE: Many merchants require you to add items to your cart after linking from our Cash Back and Coupons or Offers page. That means if you visit again later, it is the safest bet to remove any old items in your cart and re-add them after linking from DealDigs Cash Back and Coupons.

If in doubt, return to DealDigs Cash Back and Coupons page and navigate to the merchant from there. If you have questions about specific merchants or Cash Back procedures, please let us know. We will be happy to help you! We want you to earn cash back because that means we're earning a commission.

Can I buy directly from the merchant and still get DealDigs Cash Back? What about price-matches?
No. If you deal with the merchant in-person, on the phone or without DealDigs Cash back & coupons link on-line, then you will not receive Cash Back. Please note that if you call the merchant directly to change an order, your Cash Back may be cancelled. Also if you request a price-match from the retailer this cancels your DealDigs order and places a new order not through DealDigs. As a result, you will not earn Cash Back

What if I need to contact the merchant?
Before deciding to contact the merchant be aware that this may void your cash back. If you need to make a change to an order, merchants regularly cancel the online order through DealDigs and enter a new one. Without the DealDigs connection on this new order, you won't earn Cash Back. Even if you call just to check the status of your order and make no actual changes, the merchant may still see themselves as the last assistance on the order and DealDigs may not be credited.

It is best to cancel your order which you can do directly on-line and then re-enter DealDigs Cash back & coupons. Find the merchant you want to order from and click on the merchant's name. Then (re-)order.

How do I actually get the cash? What is PayPal?
Just go to My Account on top right corner of any page, then click on Request A Payment and follow the prompts. You can quickly set up a free account at PayPal and request payment electronically or, if you have Cash Back totaling more than $10, you can request payment by standard check. What if I see a problem when reviewing my account?
Please remember the following timelines for your account:
1) Up to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date for money to show in your DealDigs Cash Back account. Your account will show nothing during this time.
2) 91-121 days, depending on the merchant, for money to be available. Merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Your account during this time shows a "Pending" status. After this waiting period, your account shows the amount in your "Available Balance." You can then request payment.
3) Cash Back payments are typically processed weekly.

If there's still a problem then please contact us with complete order information. Refer to your original date/time-stamped email confirmation from the merchant. Please note that Cash Back is based on the purchase amount after discounts and before tax and shipping. If you need us to further investigate with the merchant, your support request must be received within 60 days of the purchase.

Why isn't Cash Back offered for all merchants?
For the most part, we make Cash Back available whenever it's valuable to our Members. Not offering cash back is most often due to a merchant's policy not to participate in such incentive programs or their reporting procedures are not sufficient for the needs of our program.

Do all purchases qualify for Cash Back rewards?

Virtually every item you purchase through DealDigs qualifies for Cash Back. We cannot give Cash Back for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid with coupons, gift certificates or a store credit. Transactions of any purchase of products and services that are completed by telephone with the merchants do not qualify for a Cash Back. In addition, the following merchants have specifically stated that they will not pay Cash Back for the scenario below:

Merchant Related Exceptions

1) 1-800 Petmeds: Purchases of prescription medication are not eligible for Cash Back.

2) AutoBarn: Purchases of tires and new/used cars on AutoBarn are not eligible for Cash Back.

3) Barnes & Noble.com: Purchases made through the "PC & Video Games" (GameStop.com) area of Barnes & Noble.com are not eligible for Cash Back. Video games and downloadable articles are also not eligible for Cash Back.

4) Beyond Blossoms: "fast delivery" orders are not eligible for Cash Back.

5) Blue Nile: A maximum of $375.00 Cash Back can be earned for purchases at Blue Nile.

6) Buy.com: Purchases in the "Cellular" category are not eligible for Cash Back.

7) Cellular Factory: Only phone accessories qualify for Cash Back.

8) Cooking.com: All All-Clad products are not eligible for Cash Back.

9) Crucial Technologies: "Resellers" are not eligible for Cash Back.

10) Dell Computers: any purchase of Dell products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone or by a Dell salesperson, or any purchase of refurbished goods. Any orders placed through the Dell Business Alliance Systems Division, State & Local Government, Federal Government, Education, Healthcare, Medium & Large Business, Emerging Business and Internet Service Provider Divisions are not eligible for Cash Back rewards. Please be aware that Dell is unable to track orders that are made by linking between business units. If you click on Dell Home, Dell Home Software and Peripherals or Dell Small Business, the purchase needs to be made within that business unit. If you find that you have navigated away from the intended site or you wish to access other areas of the Dell Site, return to the Ebates home page and choose the appropriate link for the purchase.

11) Disneyshopping: DisneyWorld park passes are not eligible for Cash Back.

12) Drugstore.com: Vision Direct purchases from Drugstore.com are not eligible for Cash Back.

13) Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Purchases of automobiles at Enterprise do not qualify to earn Cash Back rewards. Cash back will post to your account within 21 days of the completion of your rental use.

14) Expedia: Cash back rewards on Expedia purchases may not appear in your Ebates account until after your travel dates have passed. Also, purchases of 'WebFare' travel and Expedia Corporate Orders do not qualify to earn Cash Back.

15) Franklin Covey: Purchases of workshops, programs and training are not eligible for Cash Back.

16) Google: Purchases made through "Ads by Google" links do not qualify to earn Cash Back.

17) Hallmark: Stamps, gift boxes and gift cards are not eligible for Cash Back.

18) Herrington Catalog: Purchases of model replica cars are not eligible for Cash Back.

19) Hotels.com: Cash Back may not appear in your account until 35 days after your travel has been completed.

20) LetsTalk.com: Purchases of accessories do not qualify to earn a Cash Back.

Other Exceptions

1) Auctions: Auction purchases from merchant sites (excluding Bidz.com) do not qualify to earn Cash Back.

2) In-Store Pickup: purchases made online but picked up at the merchant store do not qualify to earn Cash Back.

3) Merchant catalogs: Any order for a merchant catalog is not eligible for Cash Back.

4) Monthly Deliveries: such as Wine-of-the-month clubs, monthly pet food deliveries and telephone service packages are not eligible for Cash Back rewards unless all months are paid for up front through Ebates.

5) Prescriptions: purchases of prescription medications are not eligible for Cash Back rewards in the Ebates shopping program.

6) Google Checkout: we cannot ensure that cash-back will be earned if Google Checkout is used as the method of payment for your purchase.

What is DealDigs Tracking Number?
The DealDigs Tracking Number lets you know your click is being tracked! It verifies that you clicked a link on Cash Back & Coupons page or a link on deal detail page to get to one of our merchants, and gives you a number to refer to in case you need to ask us a question about the corresponding purchase. Every DealDigs Tracking Number will be recorded to your account page for your future reference. You can view your tracking number on the My Click History page.
